Wyld Theology

Hello! My name is Jesse Wyld, welcome to Wyld Theology. I am beyond excited to share my thoughts and insight with you all from my young, yet experienced life in ministry. I grew up in Rockford, IL where I first got connected as a youth ministry leader immediately after high school, and have been active in the ministry field ever since. I currently live with my wife Brittany in Locust Grove, GA where my full-time pursuit in ministry began.

As you can imagine, I have many thoughts and opinions about God that I love to talk about and debate with others, and that’s how this blog was born. While our current culture and society seem to make God more and more wild (get it?), my goal is to journey with you through the Bible to address some of the hottest topics surrounding the character and nature of our God. In my free time, I love playing games with friends, going to Culver’s with my wife, or looking up just about any video on YouTube that has to do with the Chicago Bears.
